1. How long will it take to get my order?

College Fan Heaven can accept orders anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. College Fan Heaven will make every attempt to ship all in-stock orders within 48 hours. Please note during the football season & holiday time orders may take a few days for processing, regardless of the shipping method selected.

Most customers selecting "Regular Ground" as their shipping method can expect their packages to arrive 3-5 business days after the items have shipped. College Fan Heaven will select the best method of shipment between USPS Priority Mail, UPS & FedEx.

2. I have a Virtual Gift Certificate, how do I redeem it?

College Fan Heaven makes it easy to shop with Gift Certificates. If someone you know has given you a College Fan Heaven Virtual Gift Certificate, all you have to do is stop by www.collegefanheaven.com & place all the items you want to purchase into your shopping cart. When you have finished shopping, check out as usual. At the bottom of the shopping cart click the "Using a Virtual Gift Certificate" link. Now simply enter the identification code in the designated area of the redemption page.  It couldn't be easier! 

Virtual Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.  They are also valid for one year after the date of issuance.  Each certificate is subject to verification, and may be used one time only.  Available in $10, $25, $50 and $100.

3. Why won't my Virtual Gift Certificate work?

Make sure your Virtual Gift Certificate code is free from any spaces or dashes. If you still have problems redeeming your Virtual Gift Certificate feel free to drop us an email at sales@collegefanheaven.com or call the store at 866-572-8013.

4. Why does your shopping cart say there is a balance due for shipping even though my Virtual Gift Certificate is for an amount larger than the total?

Occasionally the shopping cart will fail to realize that the Virtual Gift Certificate amount is applicable to the shipping fees and taxes as well as the merchandise subtotals. This is a glitch in the shopping cart that we think we have fixed, but due to Murphy's Law, it has a possibility of rearing it's glitch-y head again. Rest assured we are on the lookout on our end, and your credit card will not be charged should the shopping cart require a credit card to process.

A work-around for this problem can be used by just selecting the "Pay by Check/Money Order/Mail Credit Card #" checkout forms. If you designate the code in the "Using a Virtual Gift Certificate" section, you shouldn't need to fill out anything besides you VGC number & shipping information.

As mentioned before, we think this issue has been resolved, but then again Murphy's Law is there for a reason.

5. How do I use a Traditional (paper) Gift Certificate?

If you have received a Traditional Gift Certificate (physical paper certificate) all you have to do is shop as normal. When you are ready to checkout, just select the "Pay by Check/Money Order/Mail Credit Card #" checkout form. In the comments field indicate to us you will be sending us your Traditional Gift Certificate. Once you have filled in all the information, just print out your order, attach your Traditional Gift Certificate as well as payment for any balance due over the gift certificate (credit card number with expiration, check or money order - do not send cash) and mail it to us in Omaha.

Since the Traditional Gift Certificates are nonrefundable and cannot be reissued, it is up to you to insure your letter. Whereas we do not anticipate a problem with the USPS, it can't hurt to spend the extra few cents to insure your letter.

6. Can I use multiple Virtual Gift Certificates?

At this time our shopping cart can only recognize one discount at a time. If someone you know has given you multiple gift certificates, shop / checkout as usual. Enter one of the numbers on the "Using a Virtual Gift Certificate" screen, and write the other VGC number and amount in the Comments/Notes section of the shopping cart checkout form. Rest assured we will adjust your total (pending verification of the Virtual Gift Certificates) on our end & your credit card will be charged the correct amount.

8. Where are you located?

College Fan Heaven is located in Omaha, Nebraska. We are primarily an Online shopping store, as our retail location caters to University of Nebraska Cornhuskers only (Husker Heaven - www.huskerheaven.com). College Fan Heaven does operate a satellite store during the NCAA Men's College World Series (usually mid-late June) 2 blocks south of Johnny Rosenblatt Stadium in Omaha. During those 2 weeks College Fan Heaven will have a line of products for the 8 participating teams as well as other baseball teams "in the hunt."

Our University of Texas Longhorns & University of Oklahoma Sooners stores (www.longhornheaven.com & www.soonerheaven.com) are also Internet only, however most of our Texas & Oklahoma merchandise is located at our Omaha retail location (Husker Heaven.) If you are visiting the Omaha area & would like to take a look at a particular Longhorn or Sooner item you can always stop by the store & the salespeople will be happy to grab whatever you need from the back room.

The VIP Clubwear - Nightclub & Rave Shopping (www.vipclubwear.com) merchandise is also located at the Omaha location. Again, if you are visiting the Omaha area and would like to see any of the items featured at www.vipclubwear.com please stop by & ask the salespeople to show you the items in question from the back room.

Unfortunately our other University & College merchandise is kept at our warehouse and physically viewing an item is solely dependent upon our staff having enough advance notice & time to retrieve it from our warehouse. If you are going to be in the Omaha area & have a particular item in mind, just give the store a call & make advance arrangements so the items you are interested in can be pulled & can be waiting for you.

9. Do you have any ideas how to get tickets for the games?

We here at College Fan Heaven have not yet expanded our "Husker Heaven - Omaha ticket exchange" past University of Nebraska Cornhusker football. 10. How can I search for items?

At this time we do not offer a conventional search box at College Fan Heaven. Our products are divided into categories along the top of the College Fan Heaven website. You can also shop by team, click on the team you would like, and then all items for that University/College will be gathered & show up in a list.

We are developing a more conventional search box, but are unsure as to when this feature will be ready.

11. Do I have to pay sales tax?

College Fan Heaven is a Nebraska based company. Sales tax is only collected if the order will be shipped within the state of Nebraska.

12. The image picture says the item is available in XL, but when I click on the "Add/Order" button the size isn't there. What is wrong?

There is nothing wrong. The product image lists all the sizes offered. The order page lists all sizes currently available for the item. If XL isn't offered, this means that the size has temporarily sold out. Chances are we are out of the size you were looking for.

Occasionally we get reorders of items in before the website can be updated. It can't hurt to drop the store a line & ask the salespeople "the Internet says you are out of ____, you don't happen to know if you have received any more of ____." It never hurts to ask. 13. Do you do custom orders?

At this time we do not have a custom order program. We have been known, on occasion, to be able to help out with some custom orders. Drop us an email to sales@collegefanheaven.com detailing your idea/needs & we can see if we can get something for you. Keep in mind that College Fan Heaven cannot do anything involving current players (NCAA eligibility restrictions.) This includes names on jerseys, etc.

14. Do you offer quantity discounts?

College Fan Heaven does not typically offer any kind of a quantity discount. Large quantities of existing items may be arranged on a per-instance basis. It is not unusual for a substantially large quantity to incur a discount, however, we would have to try to special-order in the merchandise. Please write us an email to sales@collegefanheaven.com detailing your idea/needs. Please note 10 of something is not a substantially large quantity.

15. What is done with my personal information? Do you sell your list &/or any other data?

College Fan Heaven collects data via email list, Cloud Nine Club (Husker Heaven only) and Internet and telephone orders solely for the use of College Fan Heaven. College Fan Heaven will not sell or distribute your information to any other company.

16. How often do you put up new items?

We receive new products all the time. Incoming products are photographed & coded for the website as soon as possible. Since we can't predict when our manufacturers will ship items ordered (we can guestimate, but are ultimately up to whenever they decide to ship) products are added to the site constantly. If you are looking for an item we do not have listed on our website, please feel free to write us an email or call us. It is possible we have the item in-house or on order & we can help. 17. Do you have a print catalog?

College Fan Heaven does not have a print catalog at this time. Plans are in the works for another full version Husker Heaven - University of Nebraska catalog, but a definite timeline cannot be given at this time. Since our merchandise arrives daily, our reaction time is much quicker with our website catalog than a paper catalog could be. Keep checking the College Fan Heaven family of websites for the latest in University gear.

18. What is the difference between your email list and the Cloud Nine Club?

The Cloud Nine Club is a promotional "membership card" for Husker Heaven only that entitles the holder to prize drawings and rewards for using the number during purchases at Husker Heaven Omaha and www.huskerheaven.com.

The email list provides members with advance notice to sales, product information, as well as special email members-only prices on University products. The email list is valid for all College Fan Heaven websites, and you can designate your University/College interest when signing up. 19. I can't see the product information & prices? It seems that the image cuts off...

This problem typically occurs when a user's monitor settings are different than those set by College Fan Heaven. The College Fan Heaven websites have been constructed utilizing the most common Internet / computer settings. It works best with a monitor setting of 800 x 600 dpi. Some screens are set to 640 x 480, and this forces the screen to cut off the right 1/4 of the product picture.

College Fan Heaven does not recommend changing your own monitor settings without experience, however, you can do this by accessing your computer's "Display" settings from the Control Panel in Windows. Again, College Fan Heaven does not advise you to change any settings on your computer, we are merely explaining why some viewers cannot see the whole screen.

20. I am looking for an item that doesn't seem to be listed any longer, do you have any left?

College Fan Heaven updates their websites as soon as possible. If an item you were going to order was pictured but now does not appear, chances are that we have sold out of this item. Occasionally we get reorders of items in before the websites can be updated. It can't hurt to drop the store a line & ask the salespeople "the Internet says you are out of ____, you don't happen to know if you have received any more of ____." It never hurts to ask. 21. Do you have different items in your store than appear online?

College Fan Heaven gets merchandise all the time. We try to update our websites in a timely fashion, however sometimes we are not as fast as we would like in updating. If you have an item in mind simply write us an email at sales@collegefanheaven.com or call us at 866-572-8013 & ask the salespeople if we happen to have the item you are looking for.

In the case of Husker Heaven, we have hundreds of items in our Omaha retail location that have not yet been photographed and coded for the Internet (www.huskerheaven.com.) We are working as fast as we can to get our items up, but 20 years worth of store is taking a long time to catalog online. 22. What methods of payment do you accept?

College Fan Heaven accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Checks and Money Orders as methods of payment for domestic orders. Most International orders (nonmilitary & Canada) will only be accepted with an International Money Order - drawn on US funds.

24. Do you accept International orders?

College Fan Heaven is happy to ship orders overseas. Unfortunately due to an increase in the number of Identity theft and fraudulent orders, College Fan Heaven will not accept most International orders using credit cards. International orders (nonmilitary & Canada) can only be accepted with an International Money Order - drawn on US funds. Additional shipping fees will be charged on International orders and we will be in contact with you via telephone or email to get approval for the additional fees based on individual global shipping rates.

25. I have placed my order, but the shopping cart won't let me ship Internationally. I keep getting an error. What is wrong?

This error typically happens when International orders are placed. The shopping cart (in an effort to make sure nothing is left out) requires every field be filled out. Some International addresses do not have the same City, State and Postal Zip code fields as in domestic orders. Once you make sure your shipping address is correct, just put a space in the fields and it should override this "don't forget something important" shopping cart function.

How we determine shipping rates:
College Fan Heaven shipping rates are determined by the merchandise dollar amount of your order before any deductions, prior to any taxes, and are not subject to special offers. All orders are subject to verification. If an item is backordered, the total shipping price will be allocated proportionately and charged as the merchandise is shipped. All backordered items will ship via standard ground delivery. If an order has items that will be shipped to more than one address, separate shipping and handling charges will apply per address.

Expedited Shipping Service:
Some items cannot be shipped with expedited service due to federal regulations, size or weight constraints. Additional shipping fees may occur with some of these items. The purchaser will be contacted prior to shipment for cost adjustment approval. APO/FPO addresses are unable to be expedited. Note: College Fan Heaven uses UPS & USPS Express Mail for our overnight packages. Some non metropolitan locations are considered 2 day delivery by the postal system, and UPS does not ship over weekends. Therefore, overnight may be 2 days delivery from the time of shipment.

Oversized packaging:
The USPS (US Postal Service) is now using DMM (dimensional weight) for packages that exceed their normal sizing. Additional charges may occur.

International Shipping:
USPS Global Express Mail will be used for all international shipping. You will be notified of any additional charges prior to shipping. These packages can be tracked door to door. Note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes in some countries. These will be levied once your package reaches that country. College Fan Heaven / VIP Clubwear does not collect duties and/or taxes, and cannot predict what those costs may be. If you do incur additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information about a particular country's customs policy, please contact the local customs office.

27. What are the additional international shipping fees?

Additional shipping fees will be charged on International orders and we will be in contact with you via telephone or email to get approval for the additional fees based on individual global shipping rates.

28. What is your return / exchange policy?

College Fan Heaven offers University / College fans worldwide the opportunity to shop in a fun and secure ordering environment. College Fan Heaven will make every attempt to ship all in stock orders within 48 hours (normal business hours apply). During Holiday/Bowl Game season orders may take a few extra days for processing REGARDLESS of shipping method selected. We are sure that you will be pleased with all merchandise ordered, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return it for exchange or refund. We do, however, ask that you abide by the following rules:
  • College World Series merchandise must be returned/exchanged within 15 days. ALL regular team merchandise returns  or exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. Credit will be issued in the same form as original purchase.
  • Merchandise should be returned in original packaging and in good condition.
  • Only UNWORN and UNWASHED merchandise will be accepted for return.
  • Unfortunately, Federal regulations prohibit the return of the following: swimwear, intimate apparel and pierced jewelry.
  • Media such as CDs and DVDs which have been opened may not be returned. Defective items will be replaced with theh exact same item.
  • Original sales receipt should be included, as well as written instructions (return / exchange etc).
  • Refunds and exchanges will be for merchandise only-- NO CREDIT will be given for shipping charges.
  • New shipping fees will be charged for exchanges. We will not charge any additional handling.

29. While placing my order I get a message saying something like "Signo / Verisign processing failed..." What does this mean?

This is an error that sometimes occurs with our credit card verification / security provider VeriSign. Occasionally they have a technical issue that causes processing on their side to fail. We apologize for this. Please wait a few minutes as VeriSign usually fixes this problem promptly. If this error should continue for an extended period of time, please give us a call at 866-572-8013 and we will be happy to take your order over the phone.

30. How do I check on the status of my order?

College Fan Heaven will make every attempt to ship all in-stock orders within 48 hours. Please note during the football season & holiday time orders may take a few days for processing, regardless of the shipping method selected.

Customers wishing to check on the status of an order can email sales@collegefanheaven.com with their name, website the order was placed on (www.collegefanheaven.com, www.soonerheaven.com, www.huskerheaven.com or www.vipclubwear.com) and their order number. We will check on the status of your order & email you back. Please note during football / bowl / holiday season things can get a little hectic around here, so be patient, you will receive a response from us as soon as we can.

31. How can I cancel my order?

32. I was sent the wrong merchandise. What do I do now?

College Fan Heaven tries our best to make sure every customer receives the correct order in a timely fashion. Occasionally we do goof & send an incorrect item. Murphy's Law rears it's ugly head from time to time. If we made a mistake on your order just write us an email at sales@collegefanheaven.com or give us a call at 866-572-8013. We would appreciate the opportunity to apologize & make things right. We really didn't mean to screw up on purpose, sometimes we here at College Fan Heaven are human. Give us a call & we will try to fix things.

33. Do you backorder merchandise? If so will I receive an email?

Unforeseen circumstances can result in an item running out of stock before the website can be updated. When this happens we will notify you via email or telephone. Depending on instructions from you we can either substitute another item, cancel the order or backorder the item. Typically when we backorder an item we will give you a telephone call or an email when it arrives back in stock. Once we get your "OK" we will charge your credit card & ship out your order. Sometimes we can get a little stir-crazy around here, so if a long time has gone by and you haven't heard anything from us with regard to your backorder, it can't hurt to write us an email or give us a call just asking what the status of ____ backordered item is.
