Heaven offers University of Texas - Austin Longhorns fans worldwide
the opportunity to shop in a fun and secure ordering environment.
Longhorn
Heaven will make every attempt to ship all in stock orders within
48 hours (normal business hours apply). During Holiday/Bowl
Game season orders may take a few extra days for processing REGARDLESS
of shipping method selected. We are sure that you will be pleased
with all merchandise ordered, but if for any reason you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase simply return it for exchange or refund.
We do, however, ask that you abide by the following rules:

ALL returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. Credit will be issued in the same form as original purchase.
- Merchandise
should be returned in original packaging and in good condition.
- Only
UNWORN and UNWASHED
merchandise will be accepted for return.
- Unfortunately,
Federal regulations prohibit the return of the following: swimwear,
intimate apparel and pierced jewelry.
- Media such as CDs and DVDs which have been opened may not be returned. Defective items will be replaced with theh exact same item.
- Original
sales receipt should be included, as well as written instructions
(return / exchange etc).
- Refunds
and exchanges will be for merchandise only-- NO
CREDIT will be given for shipping charges.
- New shipping fees will be charged for exchanges. We will not charge any additional handling.
